Konrad R. Müller was an important German postwar portrait photographer. Over several decades, he photographed numerous politicians, as well as writers, musicians, actors and mountaineers. His landscapes and photo essays for publications including Süddeutsche Zeitung, Die Zeit, Stern, Profil, L'Express and Time, alongside the work offered here, reveal other facets of his photographic practice.
