The German-Danish artist Wilhelm Dreesen began photographing in 1870 and was later given the title of court photographer in Flensburg. As of 1890 he published over twenty portfolios with photographs of Hamburg and surroundings as well as the Baltic and North Sea. - Leaves time-stained in edges, slightly soiled.
